Responsibilities
Processing change orders
Processing contractor payments
Preparing field assessments quality review
Preparing takeoffs
Review and incorporate historical data from contractors to produce productivity reports
Review/ track RFI’s and following-up on status
Preparing and maintaining project documentation such as meeting minutes, sign-in sheets, etc
Document control
Assist with estimates
Other duties as assigned

Required
10+ years of REI/CM experience on infrastructure projects
Knowledge and experience with web-based data management software, such as PIMS, Procore, ASITE, ProjectWise, etc
Bachelor’s in Engineering
OSHA 30
Preferred
5+ years of experience working on NYCDDC projects
