Responsibilities

Maintain project records and perform document control.

Prepares, maintains and reviews all project logs including but not limited to submittals, RFI’s, change orders, delays, permits and meetings.

Maintain project photo image files.

Attend all regular project meetings and prepares minutes.

Participates in schedule review and special workshop meetings.

Assist PM with the review of change orders requests, preparation of cost estimates, review of contractors' payment requisitions, and the CM team's daily inspection reports.

Reviewing/tracking RFI's and submittals and following-up on status.

Assist in preparation of bi-weekly and monthly reports.

Assist PM with the review of time extension requests

Assist with coordination of Design Professional's site visits and inspections.

Assists in monitoring of site safety and reports on site safety issues.

Assists in monitoring and reporting on site conditions and work progress.

Responsible for field office housekeeping including ordering supplies and reporting IT issues to the proper parties.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
