Responsibilities
Managing the office/store day to day running.
Manage all daily order fulfillment and all shipping and freight requests.
Support and respond to customer service inquiries (phone, emails, chats)
Manage general administrative tasks to support the Herbal Goodness team, maintain and improve all standard operating procedures and processes.
Support & manage shipping and freight needs for vendors, retailers, distributors/clients (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
Oversee the smooth running of order fulfillment.
Manage new and existing vendors and suppliers.
Support new product research and development.
Support customer service tasks including answering the phone and responding to email or chat inquiries.
Provide support to accounting for inventory control audits and company tradeshow events.
Support CEO and operations team with all tasks.
Manage Amazon FBA platforms including product listing pages.
Manage all customer issues and reviews on Amazon and company website platforms.
Perform any other duties related to the position of Administrative and Operations Associate.

Required
Extremely detail-oriented and able to follow up on tasks without being reminded.
Tech-savvy and willing to learn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Excellent computer proficiency (Google Suite).
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
B.Sc./Bachelor's degree a must. Advanced degree a plus.
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistently including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone.
Preferred
Experience with e-commerce is a bonus.
