Responsibilities
Will be responsible for assisting in the management of the team's schedule and overseeing the administrative staff.
Communicating with department heads, relaying information from upper management, and responding to staff queries
Organizing office operations and procedures, designing filing systems, and managing staff calendars
Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, and arranging travel processes
Managing maintenance, supplies, equipment, and bills
Managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords, and negotiating contracts and prices
