Responsibilities

Answer the telephone and forward/record calls appropriately.

Assist with the setup, cleaning, and sanitization of the Mayor’s Cabinet Room and the Mayor’s Small Conference Room.

Perform calendar scheduling for the Mayor’s Cabinet Room and Mayor’s Small Conference Room.

Process iExpense statements and credit card reconciliations for the travel team.

Process incoming damage claims.

Order and distribute office supplies.

Monitor and respond to emails received in the Exe Business Office email account.

May perform other duties as requested.

Microsoft OfficeSupervisory/Management

Required

Associate degree in secretarial science, office management, business/public administration, or related field.

Three years of experience in a progressively responsible secretarial, clerical, or administrative role and supervisory/management experience required.

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business/public administration and 3-5 years of office management experience preferred.
