Responsibilities
Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow
Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and Lunch and Learns
Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
Handle incoming calls and correspondence
Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
Foster a positive and productive work environment
Process Payroll biweekly
Handle worker’s compensation quarterly
Manage and adjust Employee Handbook as needed
Handle all onboarding of new hires
Supply monthly data for Current Employment Statistics
Run weekly staff meetings and delegate daily huddle

Required
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
