Responsibilities
Manage job applications to ensure compliance with employment laws.
Have health and safety certification.
Own and drive personal and career development.
Effectively manage all office supply inventories: paper supplies, POS supplies, staples orders, gift cards.
Ensure incident reports are filled out and filed appropriately.
Maintain complete and up-to-date employee files with necessary documentation.
Ensure office equipment is in working order.
Troubleshoot payment receiving systems, POS Terminals, and sales & cash program.
Reconcile daily cash and balance daily.
Manage payroll process, including paycheck distribution and tip distribution.
Monitor partner labor input and AR accounts.
Manage office budget and profit updates.
Follow food and alcohol service and handling safety precautions.

Required
1+ years’ experience in a similar administration role.
Team leadership –you are a natural born leader in any crowd.
Bring out the best and connect with others; you know that teamwork means success.
Interest in honing your hospitality and sales building skills.
You continuously seek opportunities to grow and learn.
Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred
Experience with daily cash balance/reconciliation and payroll in a restaurant setting.
