Responsibilities
Manage and oversee administrative, financial, and HR tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Work with our team to support projects and internal operations.
Manage accounts receivable and payable.
Coordinate with external vendors.
Handle general administration.
Ensure state and federal compliance.
Manage equipment assets.
Support audit and insurance procedures.

Required
High level of trustworthiness and integrity, with experience handling sensitive information.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
High School Diploma required.
Preferred
A degree or certification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
