Responsibilities

Assist with planning and logistics of new hire orientations, training sessions, HR events, and office/company meetings

Provide general administrative support such as facility management and equipment maintenance

Handle ad-hoc queries and troubleshooting for the New York office and other offices as needed

Set up and manage postal administration, suppliers, office supplies, and kitchen supplies while maintaining vendor relationships

Liaise with cleaning contractors and building manager for facility management and maintenance

Manage office-related expenditure, recording and processing invoices, and reporting expenditure

Manage Health and Safety, fire regulations, desk moves, and office renovation

Maintain confidentiality and discretion standards

Communicate effectively with employees and business leaders about HR-related matters

Nurture a positive working environment by conveying company values and mission statements
