Responsibilities
Collaborate with Director, Operations and Fulfillment and site EHS to coordinate routine maintenance activities.
Coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs and improvements.
Conduct regular inspections with site EHS to identify maintenance issues.
Enforce visitor registration procedures and handle incoming calls.
Coordinate loading dock and shipping/receiving transactions.
Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
Assist in coordinating essential services and sourcing vendors.
Inspect plant facilities and prioritize necessary repairs.
Maintain inventory of office supplies.
Perform other duties as needed.

Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
4+ years of experience
2+ years of experience with hazardous waste management and hazard communication
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on a computer
Knowledge of Production and Processing
Ability to analyze and problem-solve complex data and issues
Continual process improvement focus
Works closely with the EHS team to ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Walking for long periods of time
Extensive phone usage
May lift up to 50 lbs
