Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for conference rooms.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Handle inquiries from clients and employees and provide accurate information.
Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

Required
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
