Responsibilities

Opening/Closing Office
Answering incoming calls for sales, service, and supplies.
Intercom Service with Clients Entering Building
Must be versed on Excel & QuickBooks 2022 Desktop
Entering Bills, Creating Invoices, Purchase Orders
Credit Card and Bank Statement Reconciliations
Collections
Dispatching service calls out to techs through Miracle Service Software.
Inputting Service calls, parts, and toners in Miracle Service.
Daily Service Reconciliation
Ordering and Receiving in Inventory (toners, service parts and equipment).
Shipping Toners out via UPS/Fed Ex to clients daily, plus drop shipping.
Receiving in Inventory Daily (toner and equipment).
Database Management (Miracle, Outlook, Price books).
Assembling reports for Owners
Ordering Office Supplies
Event Coordinating
Liaison for Building and PDOS when problems arise.
Assist with hiring processes.
Special projects.
