Responsibilities

Handles all incoming and outgoing shipments and mail for the corporate office, including certified mail and package deliveries.

Distributes mail to appropriate departments and personnel, logs daily shipments, and maintains metrics on mailroom activities.

Manages shipping customer service issues, oversees technical support for shipping computers, and orders necessary shipping supplies.

Assists with office/cube moves, audio/visual equipment needs, office maintenance, office supply requests, stock room inventory, and cleaning/organization.

Delivers and installs paper to printing devices, coordinates office supply purchases, and occasionally assists with reception duties.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
