Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls and emails.
Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation and resources.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for staff and visitors.

Required
0-5 years of experience in an office administration or support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
