Responsibilities
Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations for students K through 12 according to federal, state, and school guidelines
Familiarity with evaluation tools
Complete Initial Evaluation and Re-evaluations
Complete Assessment Plans, RORs/REEDs, and FBAs
Provide virtual administration of cognitive and achievement assessments following best practice tele-assessment standards
Conduct other portions of the evaluation, including interviews and virtual observations, adaptive behavior, social/emotional behavior, and executive functioning assessments
Integrate assessment results into a comprehensive evaluation report and submit paperwork as needed
Present evaluation findings at ETR meetings and collaborate with school teams regarding eligibility determination
Excellent knowledge of principles and evidence-based practices
Participating in training and meetings as needed
Attend ETR/RETR meetings to discuss results of assessments
Maintain case rosters for all school psychologists
Participate as a member of the MTSS/RTI
Hold reoccurring meetings with each school psychologist to ensure compliancy
Plan and hold professional development and training for staff
Supervise a team of school psychologists

Required
Master’s Degree or Ed.S degree
Professional Ohio License
Proficiency with computers and online documentation skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and exhibit sound judgment while maintaining that confidentiality
Demonstrates a reliable, dependable, and trustworthy work ethic
Ability to manage difficult or emotional client situations
Ability to make sound judgments after all available information has been gathered or communicated
Demonstrates a mature attitude and insight into matters affecting department, self and / or company welfare
Demonstrated leadership and management ability
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks to meet deadlines consistently
Ability to learn new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study, professional training, and from more senior team members
Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
Understanding and ability to manage confidential information
Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
