Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 2-3 developers and 2-3 HCM extract consultants, ensuring successful project execution and quality deliverables.
Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components, including Adapters, Process Cloud, and API Gateway.
Provide architectural guidance and enforce integration patterns and security standards.
Oversee basic administration of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including ATP, ORDS, OIC, and SSO.
Act as a subject matter expert, offering technical support and contributing to business development.

Required

5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Applications and OIC, including at least three full-cycle implementations.
Strong expertise in OIC components: Integrations, Adapters, Process Cloud, and API Gateway.
Comprehensive understanding of Oracle ERP, HCM, EPM, Finance Cloud, and Fusion API.
Proven leadership experience in team management, project tracking, and governance.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex solutions.

Preferred

Experience with 270+ OIC integrations, especially in EPM and Finance.
Knowledge of integration security and OCI administration.
Strong organizational and cross-functional team management abilities.
