Responsibilities
Analyze and Interpret Title Reports and County Records to determine surface and mineral ownership
Negotiate for the Acquisition of various Leasehold Interests
Prepare Lease Purchase Reports and review/approve legal documents for delivery to mineral and leasehold interest owners
Update CRM database for mineral and leasehold interest negotiations and acquisitions

Required
Comfortable with cold calling
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Software
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to interpret complex legal documents to obtain and understand legal property descriptions
Ability to work with minimal supervision
3-5+ years of experience in acquisitions, negotiations, and/or sales
Must be Independent Contractor
