Responsibilities

Respond to on-call support requests within two hours for emergency network outages, including during and after business hours

Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 cloud applications and services

Manage Microsoft Azure configurations, including CDN, certificates, Entra ID, Autopilot, and Intune

Conduct server performance troubleshooting and perform security audits, providing recommendations for improvements

Utilize network monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, System Center Operations Manager, and Microsoft Sentinel

Develop and maintain system documentation and manage change logs

Deliver weekly and monthly status reports to leadership

Required

ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance or higher

A minimum of 5 years of IT experience

3 years of specialized experience in Microsoft Azure configuration and administration

Managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Active Directory and Federation Services

TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and network architecture

Administering Microsoft Defender and Entra Connect

Designing and maintaining secure network environments

Education: Associate or Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

Without a degree, 8 years of experience with at least 6 years of specialized expertise may be considered

Preferred

Microsoft Certified Associate Azure Administrator or Azure Network Engineer Associate (ANEA) certification
