Required
OnBase Certified System Administrator certification or OnBase Certified Installer designation is required.
OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator certification or OnBase Certified Workflow Engineer certification.
OnBase WorkView Certification and OnBase Certified Application Programming Interface (API) Certification.
Experience performing OnBase system upgrades.
Experience creating technical documentation.
Experience planning, designing, testing, implementing, and modifying Electronic Content Management (EDM) solutions.
Experience researching, proposing, applying and implementing IT related policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
Extensive knowledge of and on-the-job experience developing document types, keywords, queries, reports, forms, import processes, and Workflow solutions.
Considerable knowledge of and experience in requirements gathering and solution analysis.
4+ years of experience in Electronic Content Management (ECM) system administrator and developer position that plans, designs, develops, tests, implements, and modifies content management solutions.
Experience in requirements gathering and solution analysis is required.
Advanced experience in development using the OnBase Document Composition Module to create efficiencies in electronic correspondence.
Advanced skill in designing, configuring, and maintaining Unity Forms, Image Forms, and HTML Forms.
Demonstrated ability to write custom queries in Oracle and SQL Server.
Advanced knowledge of and experience with resolving OnBase technical issues via utilization of debugging, research, and investigation techniques.
Significant ability to understand and apply standard EDM concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability and judgement to perform job functions independently.
Knowledge of incident management and escalation procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills working with customers, peers, and agency leadership.
Ability to work in a versatile environment with a team oriented focus.
Considerable skill and ability in the coordination of team members and business area experts.
Knowledge of emerging technologies with a focus on electronic document management and related technology industry trends.
Demonstrated skill in problem resolution and technical support technologies.
Ability to effectively provide information and training to customers, team members and other stakeholders.
