Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process using a proven checklist, ensuring all tasks are completed before the client goes live.
Address client-specific questions, unique requests, and challenges during the onboarding process.
Provide Zoom-based training sessions to clients, ensuring they are confident in using Tire Base effectively.
Assist clients with importing and organizing their data within the Tire Base platform.
Maintain clear, proactive, and professional communication with clients throughout the onboarding journey.
Balance multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Required
Experience in the tire industry (e.g., service advisor, tire tech, store manager, salesperson).
Strong time management and organizational skills.

Familiarity with project management principles.
