Responsibilities
Become an expert on our product and able to explain how to use our product to customers at all levels
Ensure first time use, and regular use of Merge products
Manage and continually improve the self-service onboarding process for all new customers
Conduct Onboarding sessions for new customers
Develop and conduct Trainings for customers via Zoom – often to groups of teachers
Work with Customer Support team to suggest new Help Articles and to inform development roadmaps
Provide customer support at all levels from basic responses to detailed live troubleshooting
Occasional travel to in-person PD Training in the US

Required
Bachelor’s degree in education, technology, or equivalent experience
2 + years of experience training in K-12 education EdTech industry
Highly proficient, articulate and accurate with both written and verbal communication, including presentations
Friendly with a passion for helping others with problems
Experience working with and managing stakeholders and customers
High level of technical proficiency using technology and quick to learn new software platforms
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills is required
Flexible approach, able to navigate uncertainty and change
Willing to occasionally accommodate customers who need to have onboarding and training sessions outside of normal North American working hours
Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
