Responsibilities

Develop a good understanding of Veryon Tracking onboarding process and be familiarized with relevant tooling.
Demo and become a competent user of the Veryon Tracking Enterprise platform.
Begin familiarizing with the onboarding process, terminology, abbreviations, etc.
Successfully onboard six new accounts onto our system.
Onboard three aircraft/week of varying makes/models and different enrollment types.
Identify discrepancies in the data sets provided against manufacture requirements to bring to customer’s attention.
Utilize and update Salesforce to track the onboarding process for each client and each aircraft.
Expand your knowledge in different enrollment types and their difficulty levels.
Triage and assist with customer issues on the phone to provide satisfaction as well as demonstrate critical thinking abilities through product-mastery.
Gain and grow extensive knowledge of a wide variety of aircraft technical publications and aircraft maintenance requirements.
