Responsibilities
Effectively penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the assigned territory.
Access key customers to grow brand utilization at the territory level.
Develop and demonstrate deep understanding of the buy and bill process, oncology market, and territory landscape to optimize execution.
Become the subject matter expert on the product, clinical data, and resources aligned to the brand.
Deliver key product messages in a clear and compelling way to customers, confidently handling objections, and closing every sales call with a commitment to action.
Develop and execute a territory-level business plan with specific tactics aligned to the brand strategy and designed to meet or exceed sales goals.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of both community and academic healthcare systems in the territory, their buying practices, EMRs and the pathways which influence their prescribing habits.
Effectively collaborate with all internal stakeholder teams, including market access, the nurse educator team, medical science liaisons, marketing, and operations to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Use sales analytics dashboards and reporting tools effectively to identify territory level trends and opportunities for growth.
Utilize all resources and activities, including congresses, exhibit opportunities, national and sub-national professional meetings to drive product awareness with healthcare providers.
Adherence to G1’s commercial compliance policy, and all applicable federal and state laws and guidance relating to product promotion and information dissemination.
Display a high sense of urgency and passion for patients.

Required
Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years in biotech or oncology sales
Buy and Bill oncology sales experience in key accounts within the posted territory preferred
IV product launch experience preferred
Documented history of strong sales performance in the posted territory
Biotech or startup experience highly desirable
Prior use of Veeva and Salesforce preferred
Reside within the assigned territory or within commuting distance
At least 21 years of age
Driver’s license in good standing issued by your state of residence
Driving risk level deemed acceptable by the Company
