Responsibilities
Architect and develop solutions using OneStream to support business requirements around budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Design and document scalable solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards for OneStream applications.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and deliver optimized solutions for financial planning and analysis.
Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of OneStream applications, including system setup, configuration, data integration, and workflow development.
Develop custom OneStream applications, rules, forms, and dashboards to meet specific business needs.
Migrate and integrate data from various financial systems, including Hyperion, Oracle Fusion, or other ERP/financial systems, into the OneStream platform.
Oversee the day-to-day administration of the OneStream platform, ensuring system availability, performance, and security.
Conduct routine maintenance, including updates, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the OneStream environment and establish robust controls and validation processes.
Partner with finance, accounting, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users on OneStream functionality, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting features.
Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials to support users and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance OneStream functionality, exploring new features and integrations that align with the organization's evolving financial needs.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial systems and EPM technology, sharing insights with the team and implementing improvements where feasible.

Required
10 years of experience working with financial systems, specifically with OneStream and other EPM tools.
Proven experience with OneStream development, implementation, and administration, including custom applications, data integrations, and workflow configurations.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes and best practices.
Experience with Hyperion or Oracle Fusion (or similar Oracle ERP/financial systems), with a strong understanding of financial data structures and integration methods.
Proficiency in data integration and ETL processes; SQL knowledge is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
