Responsibilities
Lead and manage B2B digital campaigns to drive consideration and selection of health benefit solutions.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to create and implement content that generates views, reads, or listens, and drives sales inquiries.
Develop efficient campaign production schedules and manage timely, on-budget delivery.
Work with media vendors and assist with campaign positioning, message development, and media planning.
Use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to assemble campaign components.
Ensure all marketing materials are reviewed, approved, and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize results.

Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or demand generation, preferably within the insurance or finance industries.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience working with internal or external creative agencies.
Proficiency with marketing technology, digital campaign reporting, and metrics.
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Wrike, and/or Demandbase is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
Marketing compliance and state filing experience.
Strong project management experience.
Associates degree required (equivalent work experience accepted)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred.
