Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their unique needs, preferences, and budgets, offering tailored hotel and resort options that align with their vision for the perfect stay
Research & Recommendations: Utilize expertise and available resources to research properties worldwide, presenting curated options that consider location, amenities, pricing, and special features to suit the client’s goals, whether it’s relaxation, romance, family comfort, or adventure
Reservation Management: Handle all aspects of booking, including securing reservations, managing changes, arranging upgrades, and accommodating special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, specific room types, or celebratory arrangements
Exclusive Offers & Enhancements: Stay informed on the latest hotel promotions, resort packages, and exclusive offers to provide clients with exceptional value while ensuring they receive added perks, upgrades, or amenities where available
Itinerary Coordination: Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to ensure all aspects of the client’s hotel or resort experience are integrated smoothly into their broader travel plans
Pre-Arrival Communication: Confirm details with hotels or resorts in advance, ensuring requests are honored and clients are welcomed with a seamless check-in experience
Post-Stay Follow-Up: Check in with clients after their trip to gather feedback, address any concerns, and maintain lasting relationships for future travel opportunities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and partners
