Responsibilities
Leadership Role: Have the opportunity to lead the effort in successfully completing a primary business objective within the company. You'll be empowered to focus on succeed in areas that match your skillsets.
Social Media Strategy: Assist in creating and executing social media campaigns that resonate with our audience and showcase our brand’s new identity.
Content Creation: Develop compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, that highlights our unique fitness programs and community stories.
SEO & Analytics: Help optimize our website and content for search engines and analyze performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
Email Marketing: Support the development of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep our community informed and inspired.
Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and fitness experts to amplify our message and reach a wider audience.
Collaborative Projects: Work closely with our marketing team to brainstorm new ideas, conduct market research, and support various marketing initiatives.

Required
A passion for fitness and a deep understanding of the industry.
Exceptional writing skills with a knack for crafting compelling stories.
Proficiency in multimedia creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and content creation tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools is a plus.
Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A desire to learn and grow in a startup setting.
