Responsibilities

Providing training materials, videos, tutorials, guidelines, and FAQs on the features and core functionality of MS Windows 11 Enterprise, Microsoft 365 and MS Office 365 products, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Outlook, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft To Do, Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Loop and Power Automate;

Curating training resources for Viva Learning via MS SharePoint and different training providers relevant to the NPCL environment;

Updating and improving training materials, handouts, and slides regularly to ensure relevance and effectiveness, tailored to each site’s needs.

Required

Experience in creating comprehensive and user-friendly online materials, including guidelines, FAQs, videos, articles

Ability to create professional training videos: screen and video recording, video editing, ability to add annotation, transitions, adding interactive elements (e.g. embedding quizzes using Microsoft Forms and Stream)

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 core products (MS Windows 11 Enterprise, MS Office 365 suite, MS Teams, OneDrive, MS SharePoint Online)
