Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cloud migration solutions on OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Helm, ArgoCD, and Terraform.
Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure governance, scalability, and compliance.
Integrate external systems such as service catalogs, monitoring, and CI/CD tools.
Define standards and best practices for adopting cloud-native architectures.
Ensure secure access control and compliance with organizational policies.
Support multi-cloud platform integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, etc.).

Required
10+ years of experience Minimum
Must have cloud migration experience to OpenShift (any cloud migration TO OpenShift)
Java or Python Dev background (will not be doing hands on development, will be migrating the application only but must have development fundamentals to identify and resolve issues with code)
Deep expertise in OCP, Kubernetes architecture, operators, and CRDs
Experience with tools like Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD
Proficiency in tools such as Tekton, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
Strong knowledge of languages like Python, Go, or JavaScript
Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud environments
Hands-on experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
Preferred
Familiarity with service mesh solutions (e.g., Istio) and governance tools (e.g., Kyverno)
Understanding of container security best practices, including image scanning and RBAC
