Responsibilities
Develop OpenText-Documentum product functionality in 5 Proof-of-Concepts focused on evaluating the Documentum platform’s viability as a modernized Content/Records Management solution and ability to satisfy critical Records Management functions
Technology solutions design and delivery (hands on)
Enterprise content management and workflow design, build and enhancement
Upgrades including testing and validation
Configure Documentum Retention Management (formerly Retention Policy Services and Documentum Records Manager), create retention policies, and train staff to configure retention policies and to place documents under retention
Create query template to identify objects associated with retention policies
Create a process to automatically identify old policy associated to newly created policy
Create process to automate policy updates (query execution, policy removal)
Develop mock records for disposition
Load/modify data to manage disposition
Design backend services
Execute the installation and deployment of Documentum D2 to be able to upload records with relevant metadata and allow the client to explore and test the tool to determine suitability for their requirements
Procure and set up POC environment
Configure custom UIs in D2 based on user personas
Configure and validate upload with correct metadata and retention policies
Execute the installation, deployment, and integration of Intelligent Capture (Captiva)
Procure and set up POC environment
Research auto-classifier AI model – OpenText Intelligent Capture
Obtain full training data set
Train Intelligent Capture auto-classification
Develop and evaluate
Develop enhancements to Documentum Wrapper Service (DWS)

Required
15+ years of experience developing solutions in OpenText Documentum Server
10+ years hands-on development experience with Documentum D2, Intelligent Capture, and Documentum Retention Management
5+ years of experience in ECM enhancement with Records Management, including uploading records using D2, managing records schedules, managing records disposition, applying retention policies and monitoring status changes
Minimum 1 year of experience in federal government consulting
Preferred
Experience in Java/JavaScript and Oracle Database Technologies is a plus
