Responsibilities

Complete assigned tasks such as painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts, plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work, and general maintenance

Maintain work order system daily and complete tenant service requests

Perform preventive maintenance and inspection tasks

Support on-call or emergency response situations

Troubleshoot building systems including electrical, DDC, and pneumatic controls

Comply with safety procedures

Participate in technical, safety, and operational process training programs

Handle other projects and tasks as assigned
