Responsibilities

Complete assigned tasks such as painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, office furniture repair, locksmith work, and general maintenance.

Maintain the work order system daily and fulfill any tenant service requests.

Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.

Perform assigned preventive maintenance and inspection tasks.

Support on-call or emergency response situations.

Troubleshoot building systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, FLS, etc.

Comply with all safety procedures.

Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.

Handle other projects and tasks as assigned.
