Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall maintenance, operation, and cleaning associated with the operation of a large industrial utilities' facility.

Engaged in monitoring system operations, equipment repair, preventive maintenance tasks, and responding to equipment needs.

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems such as steam traps, DDC control valves, and piping systems.

Logging and analyzing plant meter readings, logbook data entries, and trending equipment readings.

Working on building systems including automation, monitoring, and utility & piping systems.

Meeting or exceeding client expectations, KPIs, and safety training objectives.

Completing PMs, environmental tasks, corrective maintenance repairs, and ensuring general housekeeping in common work areas.
