Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop engaging and compelling content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and more.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and products to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Marketing Operations: Oversee day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring efficiency and consistency in implementation.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to create materials and campaigns that drive lead generation and support sales efforts.
Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required
At least 8 years of proven experience in the medical device (MedTech) industry.
Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing.
Strong track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
Experience with AI products is an advantage.
Preferred residence in Miami, FL (not mandatory).
Creativity and ability to generate impactful marketing content.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
