Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to optimize and implement automation solutions for current processes

Evaluate and recommend AI solutions through feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses

Manage technical expertise across AI integration and serve as an escalation point

Foster cross-functional collaboration and establish best practices for AI development

Drive strategic planning and execution of AI initiatives aligned with company objectives

Measure and drive continuous improvement in AI-driven processes and solutions

Ensure efficient communication and collaboration among cross-departmental teams

Propose implementation timeframes and track progress against milestones

Initiate and manage ambiguous programs, navigating cross-team interdependencies

Develop strategic technology plans aligned with the company's roadmap and long-term goals

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program management, project management, or a similar role in a technology-driven environment

Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on process automation and system integration. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with hands-on experience in implementing AI-driven solutions

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Netsuite, ClickUp, Salesforce) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and project updates to non-technical stakeholders
