Responsibilities

Act as a direct point of contact for carrier partners in support of daily operations

Facilitate cross-functional coordination to support daily operations of partners

Develop familiarity with SageSure’s insurance products and communicate changes to partners

Support delivery of statutory/regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance activities

Partner cross-functionally to develop management reporting and ensure timely delivery

Build, maintain, and improve low/no code automated processes for efficiency

Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Develop operational scorecard for performance monitoring and process improvements

Create operational resource documentation and process guides

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting or other related field

2+ years of professional experience, preferably in insurance/reinsurance, finance, consulting, or operations

Strong MS Excel skills and the ability to create compelling exhibits for an executive audience

Desire to learn in a very dynamic environment with vertical exposure to organization leaders

Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply skills learned on the job in a rapid and effective manner

Robust organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills enabling effective communication across a wide range of audiences

Ability to design and document efficient operational processes

Preferred

Relevant insurance designations such as AINS, ARe, ARM, etc.

Proficiency with SQL, Alteryx, Domo, PowerBI

Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira

Knowledge of insurance carrier regulatory requirements and industry best practices
