Operations Analyst & Complaint Monitor

Responsibilities
Manage the complaints & concerns for all products.
Conduct daily searches to monitor social media postings.
Review Survey Monkey responses weekly.
Act as the point person to coordinate testing for different initiatives.
Develop a testing matrix for regression & various business scenarios.
Ensure coverage on release dates for testing.
Create databases for Dealer and Manufacturers in Datascan.
Review Credit Approval Summary and proposed term sheet.
Create Floorplan lines for dealers in Datascan.
Set up Dealers in DAS (Dealer Access Portal) in Datascan.
Monitor line activity and manage the payment process within the loan system.
Perform Audit Tracking, Operational tasks, and limited Dealer Servicing.

Required
5+ years in finance or banking field
Strong operational knowledge
Detail & customer oriented with ability to work with internal and external resources
Ability to multitask and pivot projects
Microsoft Office knowledge required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to details and proactive problem-solving skills a must
Strong adherence to policies, procedures, processes and schedule
