Responsibilities
Analyze operational processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to develop insights, metrics, and recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving to address operational issues and optimize processes.
Assist in the design and implementation of new systems, tools, and technologies to support operational efficiency and scalability.
Support strategic initiatives, including market analysis, feasibility studies, and business case development.
Prepare and present findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
Monitor and evaluate implemented improvements to assess effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to operations management.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in operations analysis and process improvement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms.
Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and business process optimization.
Familiarity with operational metrics, KPIs, and performance management methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
