Responsibilities

Provides operational support to the Portfolio Manager Team and Advisors on all asset movement activities.

Reviews, processes, and follows up on inquiries regarding transfer of assets and account maintenance of electronic transfers & check writing.

Assists in questions regarding withdraws, contributions, and RMDs on retirement accounts.

Monitors retirement accounts toward the end of the year to ensure that their RMD has been satisfied.

Collaborates with other departments to resolve complex issues and acts as the liaison between the Portfolio Manager Team and the clearing firm.

Manages all outgoing transfers by notifying the Portfolio Manager Team and Sr. Investment Consultant.

Monitors the transfer process, handles potential issues, and ensures proper closure and archiving of accounts.

Broker DealerFinancial IndustryMicrosoft OfficeFINRA Series 7

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

3 to 5 years of experience in a broker dealer or investment industry

Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial related industry

Minimum 4 years of experience in using Microsoft Office applications

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree
