Responsibilities

Conduct detailed data analysis using existing CRM and other database tools

Interpret data and analyze results and provide ongoing reports

Create standardized procedures to deliver consistent progress for special initiatives

Work with leadership to prioritize client requests

Coordinate with program managers to gather needed information to fulfill client needs

Create and revise process documents as for program transition

Manage special projects as needed

Required

A bachelor's degree is required

3+ years of Energy efficiency experience required

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications are also required

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical groups, attention to details, superior organization skills, and successful experience developing and implementing functional processes are necessary

Strong written and verbal English communication skills
