Responsibilities

Generate and deliver Healthfuse’s monthly client reporting packages on time

Self-review internal and client-facing deliverables for high quality

Monitor incoming data files for accuracy, manually entering in data when necessary

Perform account level auditing and data trend analysis to identify and resolve issues impacting vendors’ performance

Collaborate with other Healthfuse departments to develop performance improvement strategies for clients

Contribute to the advancement of our processes and hitting our goals

Travel expectation is up to 3 weeks per year

Required

High school diploma or GED

At least two years of professional experience performing: Data trend analysis, Account/invoice auditing, Data entry, Generating/delivering reports for multiple clients

Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., creating pivot tables, basic formula writing)

Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to present to internal teams and clients
