Responsibilities
Answering calls from high net-worth clients and brokers and resolving issues
New business quoting for prospective clients
New business policy and endorsement issuance
Overall support of Private Client Select clients through phone and e-mail correspondence
Demonstrates strong customer service skills with a focus on achieving team service level goals
Demonstrates the ability to handle phone calls/inquires and associated research for call resolution
Ability to review quote requests, interpret underwriting reports, enter application data into quoting systems and prepare quotations for review by underwriter or agent
Ability to review bind request forms, examine original quotes for accuracy, make changes as necessary and issue policies per agent’s request and underwriter’s instruction
Knowledgeable on the quote to bind process– if necessary, creates quotes that are representative of coverage, premiums, etc. that are referenced on bind requests
Knowledgeable on endorsement processing – ability to make policy changes per agent or underwriter requests in accordance with client service authority guidelines
Ability to review quote requote request, order applicable underwriting reports quote changes per agent or underwriter request and release to underwriter or agent based on authority
Ability to handle VIP or special handling accounts
Demonstrate the ability to achieve time service standards as outlined for particular role/function
Demonstrate the ability to achieve quality objectives as outlined for particular role/function
Demonstrates the interest and ability to become cross trained on other functions
Demonstrates the ability to function as a Subject Matter Expert and side by side coach to new hires
Demonstrates the ability to monitor call queues
Maintain and organize written materials, updates to strategies and state-specific changes to stay knowledgeable
Knowledgeable on organizational structure and associated workflows

Bachelor’s degree preferred
A minimum of 2+ years insurance experience preferred
