Responsibilities
Monitor supplier jobs and escalate missed service level agreements as appropriate
Provide production support for any issues that may arise on responsibilities that are assigned
Document issues and communicate the impact
Identify opportunities for improvement
Serve as a program/product owner and collaborate with the supplier(s) and key stakeholders as needed
Build relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
Coordinate, facilitate and actively participate in meetings, updates, escalations, and requests with key stakeholders.
Inventory management oversight with attention to detail and understanding of business requirements
Develop Standard Operating Procedures and assist with cross-training as needed
This position may also be involved in various print optimization projects

Required
Bachelor's Degree with a preferred emphasis in Business Administration or a similar area of study
Excellent documentation, communication, and facilitation skills in a virtual environment
Strong planning and organizational skills, including priority setting and time management
Demonstrates strong relationship-building and team-integration skills
Demonstrates strong attention to detail analytical and problem-solving skills
The ability to drive results in fluid or ambiguous environments
Proficient in Microsoft applications - PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred
Operations Management experience is highly desired
Print/mail experience a plus
