Responsibilities
Utilize the CASA utility billing and expense technology platform to generate timely and precise resident bills for clients
Review and analyze resident bills, work with clients to finalize monthly utility bills, and process them accurately
Examine variance reports and datasets to maintain billing accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient property billing processes
Engage with clients to expedite billing approval and release statements promptly
Acquire expert knowledge of the CASA software platform for potential future roles

Required
College degree required (with no-post college work experience required) or equivalent work experience
Client-facing customer service experience a plus
Passion for providing a great client experience
Strong attention to detail; an eye for spotting potential issues before they become issues
Analytical approach to problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms
Ability and desire to consult with client on a regular basis
Availability to work overtime as needed
