Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and scalability within our organization.

Manage resources effectively, including infrastructure, network resources, and human capital, to support the growth and stability of our platform.

Ensure operational support and alignment for initiatives that enhance ecosystem growth, community/developer engagement, and partnership development, fostering a synergistic relationship between operational efficiency and ecosystem development.

Conducting data analytics to help understand trends and identify opportunities for efficiencies, including both within the organization and relative to industry peers.

Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within our operational processes and implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate them.

Fulfill and work other duties and responsibilities as they come about.

Required

Strong background in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in optimizing operational processes and resource management.

At least 5 years of operational experience with preference for work in Web3 and blockchain ecosystems.

Ability to work as a self starter with a significant amount of autonomy.

Comfortable with analyzing data and leveraging analytics to influence decision making.

Strong track record of interfacing with key stakeholders from different departments.

Strong EQ, with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrates sound, consistent, and trusted judgment.

Ability to communicate effectively and proactively with leads and individual contributors.

Thrives in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
