Responsibilities

Work with the company’s team of Operations Managers to ensure properties are fully-equipped and move-in ready for guests.

Be the company's 'boots on the ground' for furnishing new properties, resolving maintenance/repair issues, and handling technology problems.

Perform unit check-ins/outs before and after guest stays to maintain business and guest quality standards.

Conduct home walkthroughs to ensure quality assurance criteria are met regarding maintenance/service requests, interiors/furnishing specifications, and overall design.

Support ad hoc team projects like key inventory management, organizing inventory in local storages, and creating check-in videos.

Demonstrate operational efficiency as the main contact between Operations Leaders and the Customer Experience team.

Balance operational workflows with independent tasks and time-sensitive needs.
