Responsibilities
Manage financial processes, including processing invoices, reimbursements, and billing through Bill.com.
Prepare and oversee contracts for external consultants and partners.
Assist with tracking grants, submission logistics, and reporting.
Support accounting operations by maintaining records in QuickBooks and assisting with financial reporting, tax forms, and the annual audit.
Plan and execute logistics for meetings, workshops, scheduling, and travel.
Perform additional administrative tasks that often arise at a small nonprofit.

Required
strong attention to detail and must be hyper-organized
Experience in administrative, accounting, or operational roles
Preferred
Knowledge of QuickBooks and Bill.com is a plus
