Responsibilities
Support and execute facility and safety protocols as directed
Coordinating and making purchases of routine and impromptu supplies for the company across various departments
Tracking supply counts to ensure appropriate amounts on hand and coordinating reorders
Managing non-inventory purchase orders and purchase requests
Managing delivery of equipment and supplies to the proper location
Maintaining all proper purchase approvals and related paperwork
Obtaining quotes for equipment and supplies from various vendors, and evaluating all purchase options
Support the Operations Team with the scheduling process and monitoring call out emails
Serve as a backup for the badging process

Required
Experience handling purchasing for an office or organization
3+ years employment history demonstrating progressive responsibility
Ability to handle many tasks at once and deliver high-quality output every time, on time
Strong ability to communicate effectively (both written and oral) within and across departments
Strong attention to detail
Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and retain new information
Preferred
Prior vendor relations experience
