Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls, emails, and work orders from tenants and work with the property managers, vendors, and other Windsor staff to resolve tenant issues
Bid and manage vendor and building contracts
Track and work with vendors to perform periodic scheduled preventative maintenance
Periodically review vendors for pricing and performance

Required
Possess great interpersonal skills and empathy and exhibit a high degree of professionalism and teamwork
Ability to handle a large volume of tasks simultaneously
Exceptional organizational abilities to track ongoing items
Preferred
Exhibit an understanding of operations and maintenance procedures
Knowledge of commercial buildings and maintenance
Yardi Voyager experience helpful
