Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver digital metrics, reports and visualized dashboards to facilitate decision making.

Guide stakeholders through KPI process and identify data relationships to form leading and lagging indicators supporting results. Identify conflicting data and determine a source of truth ensuring the reliability and integrity of information. Analyze data to identify known and unknown data relationships and patterns.

Create and socialize key insights regarding the utilization of digital platforms, tools and collateral, including data insights, implications and recommendations. Derive insights through compiling, combining, querying, cleansing, analyzing and presenting internal and external data.

Build, test, and maintain intuitive, actionable strategic minded dashboards that allow users to quickly and easily understand performance, identify success and improvement opportunities.

Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer or address specific business questions while ensuring findings are replicable and defendable.

Serve as an expert in Operations metrics data and data sources, including connecting information across diverse internal and external systems.

Act as a curator and quality champion of data by developing and enforcing best practices for analytics tag schema and data audit processes.

Prioritize and reprioritize projects according to alignment with and impact on key strategic initiatives.

Required

Proven work in Insurance data analysis, data compilation and metrics reporting experience.

Demonstrate experience implementing and evolving effective solutions providing data analysis and metrics reporting.

Expertise in sourcing, collection, analysis and delivery of large, multidimensional data sets including using advanced analytical tools and methodologies (SQL, SFMC, VBA, Python, Adobe analytics, SPSS are a plus).

Translate data into a clear, relevant and actionable insights for business stakeholders delivered with recommendations on next steps.

5+ year of Data Management, Business Analytics or Analysis or related discipline.
